Superfruit Coconut

Good day friends!
How are you doing?

Let me give you another fruit, considered to be a superfruit, no other than the "Coconut".
Coconut tree is one of the most common tree in the Philippines. It is considered as one of the top producer of Philippines agricultural products. This also contributes good source of product for export.

All parts of a coconut tree are useful, from its leaves down to its roots. It is a good source of a native roof materials, coco-lumber, broom and broomsticks and so on...
While its fruit produces different delicacies, huge production of coconut oil and even beauty products. The coconut juice comes from the belly of young coconuts. Sometimes referred to as coconut water, coconut juice provides an impressive amount of nutrition and benefits your overall health.

Coconut water contains water-soluble vitamins B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-7 and B-9 that acts as coenzymes essential for cellular function. The bioactive enzymes such as acid phosphatase, catalase, dehydrogenase, diastase, peroxidase and RNA-polymerases in coconut juice aid your body with digestion and metabolism.

One of the main advantages of coconut juice is its ability to help your body recover after working out or excessively sweating. The "Journal of Biological and Chemical Research" published a report in 2013 on the health benefits of coconut in asian cuisine. The report refers to coconut water as a natural energy or sports drink. This is, no doubt, due to the beverages' high electrolyte, magnesium and calcium content. The small amount of sugar in coconut water is necessary to help your muscles recover after a strenuous workout.

Some other health benefits of a coconut fruit, and all of the superfruits will be revealed, when I post all First Vita Plus products that are already out in the market. So please watch-out for it.
Thank you very much.
