Health Alert

Lots of new graduates for medical doctors and nurses each year. Lots newly constructed hospitals and medical facilities. Lots of innovative medical devices for more effective treatment.
But why still grossly inadequate doctors in the Philippines? Why still so many patients in the hospitals? And still so many patients die? Maybe it's just because more and more are getting sick
Medicine is made to cure illnesses.
Before, INFECTION is the top most reason of human death, but simply by taking antibiotics prescribed by doctors, the patient gets cured.
Recently, Heart Attack, Stroke, (due to high blood pressure), cancer and diabetes are the top four causing diseases why human die early.
We know that MAINTENANCE medication being the usual treatment for these kind of diseases. And for us to know, maintenance medication does not really guarantee total recovery of the diagnosed person. So if you are taking maintenance today, there will be time that you will gonna have KIDNEY problem too, it is due to the volume of medicine ingested. This only means that if you are diagnosed having any of the mentioned diseases above, you can no longer get rid of it for the rest of your life.
Did you have met with your doctor lately for your physical check-up? Do you feel you're getting poor immune system? How is your lifestyle going on today?
Base on studies, some of the factors that affect our health are the following: ENVIRONMENT - free radicals, radiation, air, water and land pollution. PSYCHOLOGICAL - different kinds of stress.BIOLOGICAL - hereditary and chemicals. LIFESTYLE - lack of exercise, lack of sleep and rest, lack of water, wrong food choices, smoking and alcohol.

These events are natural being the consequences of the rapid development of our technology. So we should be more careful, and be aware of your health.

We all have only one life, that we must to take the very good care for it. Watch out for the very useful HEALTH TIPS that I will be posting for the next topic.
